PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS

Project Overview

Located in the heart of Overland Park, the second largest city in Kansas and a suburb of Kansas City, J. Williams Technology Centre hosts headquarters for two companies since 2003, Quality Group of Companies and Quality Technology Services. This two-story 38,000 SF enclosed office space includes a data center, offices, huddle and conference spaces and common areas. The building is equipped with the latest AV technology, and demonstrates QGC’s ability to integrate design, furniture, and audio-visual solutions. With advanced HVAC systems and critical redundant infrastructure, the building has power dual feed, single grid power from Kansas City Power & Light. Redundancies include 255 KVA UPS, 1,500 KW Caterpillar diesel generator, and is prewired to support secondary drive-up generator with 500 gallons of fuel for on-site cooling. With Liebert Units, delivered air temperatures under the floor are at 70 degrees +/- 6 degrees with humidity stable at 50% (+/-5%). Excellence in construction includes copper or fiber access to carrier bandwidth using cable management systems throughout the building. These features ensure the site is designed to support technology rich environments with speed and reliability, empowering clients to meet industry demands.
