Mark Westhoff serves as Executive Vice President of Real Estate Services at QGC, where he directs land acquisition and site strategy for the company’s expanding physical and digital platform. With more than two decades of experience in corporate real estate, he has led complex transactions and secured large-scale properties essential to powering hyperscale data centers across North America and Europe.

Before joining QGC, Mark was Vice President of Corporate Real Estate at QTS, where he played a pivotal role in sourcing and negotiating mission-critical sites during a period of rapid industry growth. His expertise spans investment sales, land transactions, tenant representation, and strategic property solutions, giving him a comprehensive perspective on asset classes and market dynamics.

In his current role, Mark combines sharp negotiation skills with collaborative leadership, building strong relationships with community stakeholders, landowners, and utilities while working closely with engineering and development teams.
