Mark Westhoff

Mark Westhoff is Executive Vice President of Real Estate Services at QGC, where he leads land strategy, site evaluation, and real estate execution across the company’s portfolio. He also supports QII’s infrastructure development efforts, including land acquisition and site strategy for large-scale powered campuses.

Westhoff brings more than two decades of experience in corporate real estate. Before joining QGC, he served as Vice President of Corporate Real Estate at QTS, where he helped source and negotiate sites during a period of rapid growth. His background includes land transactions, investment sales, tenant representation, and strategic property solutions.

At QGC, he works across landowners, utilities, community stakeholders, and internal development teams to help position sites for long-term value and large-scale development.
