QII represents the next chapter of that work. As QGC’s infrastructure company for the AI-driven industrial economy, QII operates at the convergence of infrastructure and technology, what it calls Infratech. The company develops powered infrastructure for AI factories, advanced manufacturing, and other energy-intensive operations, bringing planning, power, and delivery together earlier so complex projects can move with greater speed, flexibility, and certainty.

QGC has developed, owned, and managed commercial properties across multiple states, with deep experience in specialized environments. Our work includes government facilities, laboratory and technical space built to federal standards, advanced pharmaceutical fulfillment and manufacturing environments, and single-tenant buildings supported by mission-critical infrastructure.

That same discipline has shaped QGC’s investment work. In 2003, QGC acquired a single data center facility in Overland Park, Kansas. That acquisition helped lay the foundation for QTS Data Centers. Over the following two decades, QTS grew into one of the world’s leading digital infrastructure platforms, reflecting QGC’s long-term approach to capital, operations, and growth.

At the heart of QGC is an enduring commitment to the art of acceleration and the stories these vehicles carry. QMotorsports is dedicated to the careful preservation of historically significant vehicles that have helped shape motorsport across generations.

Each vehicle in the collection is selected with care. QMotorsports seeks automobiles that represent the highest standards of motorsport design, engineering, and performance, from groundbreaking race cars to rare production icons. The focus is on preserving the artistry and innovation that continue to inspire enthusiasts, designers, and engineers alike.

That passion is personal, tracing back to Chad’s earliest memories of working alongside his father, where he developed a lasting respect for the discipline and creativity behind every machine. What began as a childhood bond grew into a lifelong pursuit of excellence and a belief that speed, when shaped by craft, becomes art.

Today, that same spirit guides QMotorsports: honoring and preserving the past while bringing people together around the machines, stories, and moments that define the art of acceleration.
