Jill Glover
Chief of StaffJill Glover serves as Chief of Staff at QGC, where she works closely with Jeannie Williams and the broader leadership team to support organizational priorities, culture, and day-to-day execution. She also supports QII as Director of Culture and Experience, helping shape the employee and client experience in a way that reflects the company’s brand and core values.
Jill brings 25 years of experience in relationship-building, client account management, and employee development. Before joining QGC, she held leadership positions in human resources and account management, spanning client service and team management across the healthcare and service sectors.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from MidAmerica Nazarene University.
